We're so lucky

Off-topic, but for those of you who've been following the news about flooding up here on the North Shore... so I go to get my hair cut this morning, and while I'm in the chair this guy comes in who just moved into a new condo on April 29. Next to the Shawsheen River in Andover. His basement is full and the water flirted with the first floor. He's looking at new appliances, new furnace, new electrical. "At least the couch we ordered wasn't delivered yet."
