If holiday fun made you miss Megan Tench's piece in Sunday's Globe on the late August Wilson (right), director Kenny Leon and their shared history at the Huntington, go back and read it. Leon is directing Wilson's "Fences" at the Huntington, opening Friday. And if you want to hear more about it, Leon and a panel of theater artists will discuss Wilson’s legacy and look ahead at artists folloing in his path, at an event co-sponsored by the Huntington and Roxbury Community College. WCVB-TV’s Karen Holmes Ward will host the discussion, "August Wilson's Legacy," next Monday at 7:30 at Roxbury Community College, Mainstage at the Media Arts Building, 1234 Columbus Ave. The event is free and open to the public, but reserve a spot by clicking here.
This event will also be ASL Interpreted for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities by Christopher Robinson and Michael Sullivan!
