You may still hear faint grumbling in the Boston theater world about how Diane Paulus has turned the American Repertory Theater into a Broadway launch pad, but there were Tonys for "The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess" and "Pippin." There may be more for "Waitress" - one anyway, if Jessie Mueller stays in the title role, singing Sara Bareilles' songs. Read my Boston Globe review of "Waitress" here. The show is already set to move to Broadway in the spring, but you have until Sept. 27 to see it at the Loeb Drama Center in Cambridge. 617-547-8300, www.americanrepertorytheater.org
